Please, find the list of the main terms:

• Instructions: You are not able to change the initial instructions for the order that you have given to the writer. Your comments for the revision should not contradict the first original instructions for the assignment.

• Submitting of revision: You need to submit your comments for revision indicating the order number. You are welcome to send your comments to info@essayleaders.com or click on “request revision” button on your personal order page.

• Time for revision request: You are able to request as many revisions as possible before your order is approved. However, please mind that you have only 10 days to request revisions for the paper either before or after your order is approved. There is unlimited number of revisions possible within the 10 days after the paper was delivered to you.

• Revision comments: If your revision comments contain changing of the initial order instructions or additional information/materials provided to the writer, we will require an additional payment as either editing or re-writing service, which corresponds of 50%-75% of the initial price of the order.

• Writer: If you are not satisfied with the writer that has completed your paper, you are able to request the support team to change the current writer after 3 revisions were made by him/her. Please, specify the reasons for your request, we will not change the writer if there is no valid reason provided from your side.

• Progressive delivery: If your order is more than 30 pages or if you have selected a progressive delivery service, you are able to request free revisions within 20 days after the first version of the paper was delivered to you.

• Money back: You are not able to request for money back if at least 2 revisions were not completed for the order. This policy does not belong to the orders which are 3, 8 and 24 hours delivery (1 revision is required for urgent orders). However, please mind you need to provide us with the valid and specific reasons for requesting your money back.

• Time frame: The minimum deadline for your revision is 3 hours. Please, mind that we are able to extend the deadline for the writer in certain cases. If your order is 3 or 8 hours delivery, the minimum revision time is 2 hours.

• You are not eligible for any refunds (partial refunds are not available as well, except the refund for writer’s category if the writer was changed for your order) if you have not requested any revisions for your order. It is an obligation to request at least 2 revisions before requesting a dispute (1 revision for 3, 8 and 24 hours deadline and 2 revisions are mandatory for orders with more than 24 hours delivery). Each dispute is resolved by the Dispute Department individually.
